Shipping Policy
We put in our best efforts to dispatch the products you ordered at the earliest from our end. Typically, within 1-2 business days. In case, we decipher that there would be an unusual delay in dispatching your goods, we inform you electronically, usually, through an email. We have tie ups with few of the top logistic firms in India who make sure that your goods are handed over in good condition, right at the convenience of your doorstep. To avoid any delay in the delivery of your products order at www.tejtel.com, we request you to provide us with correct and complete address including plot number, flat number, building number, street name or number, locality, any nearby landmark, pin code etc. To track your order, once your goods are dispatched, you shall be provided with the name of the shipping company and tracking number.
In case, the courier partners cannot deliver your goods due to incorrect address or your unavailability of somebody to receive the order, your ordered products shall be returned to us. Once the products are returned to us, the order is cancelled and if you had paid us any amount, the amount shall be returned. If you want to reorder, the entire order placement process has to be repeated again.
- Shipping Charges
For all the orders of total value more than 2000 INR, there is no additional shipping charge that you need to pay. If the location is found to be remote, then a flat charge of 100 INR is required to be paid regardless of the value of order.
- Cash on Delivery
This is a convenience charge that we charge you for orders of value less than 4000 INR. This amounts to 50 INR. This charge shall be in addition to the shipping cost. Cash on Delivery is Free for all orders worth Rs.2000 and above.
