Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your online order by speaking to our help desk or cancel your order online, if your order has not yet been shipped. The order shall be cancelled and the amount paid to us shall be refunded to your bank account. For orders that have already been shipped, you still can cancel the order by not accepting the parcel when your order arrives at your doorstep. You need to talk at our help desk beforehand, to inform that you wish to cancel the order. When the item is received back by us, your money shall then be refunded.

  • Return policy

We cannot refund you the money, if the product is opened and the SIM card is activated.

However, if you received the order by mistake and the product is not opened and SIM is not activated, you can still return the product at our office address. The products that you send us back should be in fresh and proper condition with all the packing, barcodes and labels intact. Once we receive the products in good condition, your money will be refunded.

If in a rare case, your products get damaged during shipment or you receive wrong set of products, you can post the products back to us at the address provided. The cost incurred by you for courier or 100 INR, whichever is lesser shall be reimbursed by us.

  • Refund policy

Amount paid through debit card/ credit card or net banking shall be refunded to your account within 10-15 working days.

If your mode of payment was cash on delivery, we shall issue a cheque in your name and address that you provided in the billing details Discount voucher codes are considered used and expired even if you cancel the order.
